Convert SVG to PBM

Vector art is unusually well suited to one bit per pixel - flat colours and hard edges are exactly what survives thresholding. Line drawings and logos come out clean.

What is SVG?

Not pixels but instructions - shapes, paths and text that a browser draws at whatever size you ask for. That makes it perfect for logos, icons and diagrams, and useless for photographs. Converting an SVG to any other format here is the moment it stops being able to scale.

What is PBM?

One bit per pixel - black or white, nothing in between. The most minimal image format in common use, and still the right one for scanned documents, line art and anything headed into OCR or shape analysis. Photographs do not survive it.
