How to merge PDFs
Drop in two or more PDFs, or choose them with the button. Each file shows its first page and how many pages it has. Drag the files into the order you want, then press Merge PDFs and download the result. Pages keep their text, links and quality; nothing is redrawn or flattened.

The files are combined in this page, on your own device. They are never uploaded, so it is safe to merge contracts, statements or anything else you would not hand to a stranger's server.
Questions
Is there a limit on files or size?
No set limit. Everything happens in your browser, so the practical limit is your device's memory: hundreds of pages are fine on a laptop.
Can I change the order of pages, not just files?
Yes, with Organize PDF: it shows every page, and you can drag, rotate or delete them before saving.
Can I add photos?
Yes. A JPG or PNG dropped in with the PDFs becomes a page of its own, at the size of the picture.
