Convert SRT to LRC

LRC is a lyrics format: one timestamp per line, and no end times at all. So subtitles converted to it keep when each line starts and lose when it stops. Fine for music players, wrong for anything expecting real subtitles.

What is SRT?

SubRip subtitles: a number, a timestamp, a line of text, a blank line, repeat. That's the entire format. It carries no styling and no positioning, which is precisely why every player, TV and video tool on earth reads it.

What is LRC?

The lyrics format, from the days of ripping CDs. One timestamp per line and no end times at all, because a music player only needs to know when to highlight the next line. That missing end time is the thing that complicates every conversion out of it.
