Convert PGM to ICNS

Turns a greyscale image into a macOS icon container. As with ICO, there's no transparency to inherit, so the result is a full square.

What is PGM?

Greyscale, uncompressed, with a header you can read in a text editor. PGM is part of the netpbm family, and it exists because sometimes you want pixel values you can do arithmetic on without a decoder in the way. Image processing and computer vision code loves it.

What is ICNS?

Apple's icon container, the thing inside every .app bundle that makes it look like something. Like ICO it holds a set of sizes, but it goes considerably larger - Retina displays ask for 1024px icons, which Windows never did.
