Convert ODT to TSV

Tabs rather than commas, which matters more here than it does elsewhere: cells in a document tend to hold prose - an address, a note, a sentence - and prose is full of the commas that would otherwise need quoting.

What is ODT?

What LibreOffice, OpenOffice and Google Docs save a document as, and the ISO-standard counterpart to .docx. Inside it is a zip of XML, which is the reason a table drawn in one can be read back out at all. It is a page format first - paragraphs, page breaks, headers, footnotes - so the only part of it that is data is a table someone drew on the page.

What is TSV?

CSV with tabs instead of commas, and the better choice more often than people realise. Tabs almost never appear inside a field, so the quoting rules that make CSV parsing miserable largely evaporate. Anything with prose, addresses or European decimals in it is safer as TSV.
