Convert ODS to SQL

CREATE TABLE and the INSERTs beneath it, each column typed NUMERIC or TEXT by looking at what is actually in it. One stray note in a column of figures makes the whole column TEXT, which is the safe reading.

What is ODS?

LibreOffice and OpenOffice's spreadsheet, and the ISO-standard one - the same ODF packaging an ODT uses, with sheets where a document has pages. Every cell stores its value and, separately, the text shown for it, which is why a figure formatted as currency can still be read back as the number underneath.

What is SQL?

Not a file format so much as a language, but a file of INSERT statements is how data has always been moved into a database. Every engine will run one, and it's the least surprising thing to hand to a database that already exists.
