Hit the target in the middle to begin. 30 targets follow.

How it works

Hit the target in the middle to begin. Then 30 targets appear one at a time in random places in the box. Each one is timed from the moment it appears to the moment you press it, and a press inside the box that misses counts against your accuracy. At the end you see your average time per target, your accuracy and the total time.

Reading your score

Around 500 to 600 ms per target with a mouse is typical; under 400 is good. Speed and accuracy pull against each other, so watch both: rushing the next flick usually costs a miss. A bigger mouse pad or a lower sensitivity often helps accuracy more than it hurts speed.

Keyboard and touch

On a touch screen tap the targets. Each new target also takes keyboard focus, so Space or Enter hits it; that tests nothing about aim, but it lets the test run without a mouse. Your best scores are kept in this browser's local storage, so they are there next time on this device. They are never sent anywhere; clear the site's data to wipe them.

Questions

Does it work like an FPS aim trainer?

It is a flat 2D target test, like clicking in a menu, so it trains moving to a spot and stopping. It does not use your game's sensitivity or mouse lock.
